Note: Production of forged pieces and rolling rings is possible according to drawings of customer.

 

Specification of requirements for forged pieces and rolling rings are as per GOST 8479-70, range of tolerance is as per GOST 7829-70 (forging with hummer),  GOST 7505-89 (pressed forged pieces) and GOST  25054-81 (pressed forged pieces with  rust-resisting steels).

 

Steel of forged pieces and rolling rings: steels according GOST 801-78 (bearing steels), 4543-71 (alloy steels), 5632-72 (rust-resisting steels) and carbon, alloy steels according to other requirements as well.

 

All forged pieces and rolling rings are exposed annealing for removal of internal stress and giving of homogeneous mechanical characteristics.
